Beach chairs provided to borrow, outdoor shower, backyard with deck. Brand new grill out back with all the burger and steak tools. Just bring your swimsuit for the beach!

You will love the privacy of a home and not a condo setting . Fenced in yard and tons of privacy.
There is no central heating and heating ,we have wall a/c units in all the rooms for that "cottage "feel.
2 bedrooms with closets and a large kitchen eat in area with a bar seating in the kitchen for 6 to eat comfortable .
Our back yard has patio set and new gas grill with all the utensils .
When you arrive we hope you feel at home and kick back and have a glass of wine left for you by your hosts!
Sit out front in our new colorful Adirondack chairs on the front porch and watch the sun rise while drinking your morning coffee.

When you’re ready ..1 block to the beach for some sun n fun.
Our place is not perfect but we love it, it is a cottage with a cottage feel and we want to share it with you to make your memories like we have.

THE OWNER HAS A SMALL CAR IN DRIVEWAY AND JET SKII THAT STAYS AT THE HOME YEAR ROUND .

THE HOME IS STOCKED WITH STARTER AMENITIES SUCH AS PAPER TOWEL , TOILET TISSUE SOAP , DISH TABS ,SHAMPOO ETC IF YOU REQUIRE MORE YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THEM YOURSELF .
