Property Description

Although we would love to spend all our time here, we still have obligations in Ohio, so we are offering our home to you for your vacation. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! The beach is only 150 steps away! The condo includes beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and toys to a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The 2 large TV’s are equipped with Roku and one is 4K. There is a private deck just outside the bedroom door. The pool and grill area are frequently your own private oasis.

The space
We have equipped our home with everything you need to start your vacation from beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and toys to a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Our complex is small with only four other units so the pool and grill area are frequently your own private oasis. Every piece of furniture and the decor were painstakingly chosen to give you a relaxing and beautiful place for your vacation.

Guest access
Pool hours are 9am-9pm. Please follow all rules on property. The small pool is enjoyed by only five condos and therefore it is frequently your own private oasis! The pool area includes a grill where you can cook your fresh catch after a fishing excursion or hot dogs for the kids.

Other things to note
Whether you are coming to Indian Rocks Beach for vacation or you wish to be near the beach while working in Tampa, Clearwater or St. Petersburg our condo offers everything you will need.

We are within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. There is a trolley stop just around the corner and offers an easy and quick (mere minutes) way to get to Clearwater Beach to the north and John’s Pass and St. Petersburg to the south if you are looking for more tourist offerings such as boat rides, parasailing, jet skis, fishing excursions or a more robust night life.
